    外贸卖家遇上邮件不回复的情况应该挺多的,那遇上邮件不回复的情况该怎么办?来看看专治“只读不回”的回复模板。

    1、常规的跟进


    可以询问买家对价格的看法,记得长话短说。比如Can you please let us have your comments on the offer we sent on May 1st?


    2、如果买家继续不回复


    可以说:May I know if you get my offer on May 1st?I am attaching again here with the offer for your reference.Hope to get your feedback soon.


    3、若继续不回复


    利用报价的有效期:Friendly reminder on the validity date.Can you please further advise if the price is workable for you?Price will be invalid on May 10th.


    4、买家继续保持沉默


    发送最新产品/宣传册,最新发货记录照片,尺寸控制在1MB内部/目录控制在3MB以内。Here is our newest model which will be in the market soon.或Just shipped 1 container to your country and please see some photos for your reference.Any news from you?


    除上述方法外,值得注意的是,对于潜在或相对较大的买家,可以主动提供免费样品。卖家也可以关注买家在社交媒体上的动态,并进行更多的互动。
