进人快递官方网站，输人快递单号就能跟踪样品。

3.样品反馈

快递查询到客户收到样品后，记得在客户收到样品后一周内发E-mail 询问客户关于样品的反馈，以便进一步拿下订单。

通过E-mail 询问客户关于产品的反馈争取尽快把订单拿下，以免夜长梦多，写E-mail时可以从以下几个方面来进行旁敲侧击:原材料价格波动、汇率走势、报价有效期、下单的激励措施、情感攻势等。
